Dietrich, Baumgartner & Partner specialises in particular in international commercial and corporate law, contract law (primarily commercial, investment, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements), banking and financial market law, national and international corporate tax law, arbitration, succession planning, labour law and residence permits as well as international mutual assistance.
We advise our clients and conduct legal proceedings under civil and commercial law before the courts in Switzerland. We also represent our clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, our clients commission us to initiate and supervise legal proceedings conducted abroad.
We traditionally represent domestic and foreign entrepreneurs and enterprises, and are able to draw upon a well-developed global network of foreign correspondence lawyers and tax consultants.
Our correspondence and working language is German. We also communicate in French and English.
